Work with us

We're looking for four new trustees to join SisterWood.

As a small, grassroots organisation, we're looking for people who share our values and want to help shape SisterWood's future as we grow thoughtfully and sustainably.

We're currently recruiting for four voluntary trustee roles, find out more details and how to apply in links below:

If you're values-led, thoughtful and believe in the power of nature, community and creating spaces where young women can feel safe, seen and supported, we'd love to hear from you.

Whether you're an experienced trustee or bringing these skills to a board for the first time, your perspective could make a real difference.

We know that charity boards don't always reflect the communities they serve. We particularly welcome applications from people who are underrepresented in charity governance, including people from the global majority, d/Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people, LGBTQ+ people, people from working-class or lower socio-economic backgrounds, people with care experience, adults under 30 years old, and people with strong connections to Devon.

If you'd like an informal chat before applying, please email recruitment@sisterwood.org - we'd love to connect.

Volunteer with SisterWood

SisterWood is built on relationships, and our volunteers are a valued part of that community. By sharing your time, kindness and skills, you'll help create safe, welcoming spaces where girls can connect with nature, build confidence and discover a sense of belonging. If our values resonate with you, we'd love to welcome you into the woods.

Please fill out the contact form, and we will be in touch.
