SisterWood offers a confidential service – we will not share any information about a young person or what they tell us with other agencies without their permission, unless we believe:

• There is an immediate risk of harm to them;
• Someone else might be at risk of harm, for instance, children, family, friends or other people;
• They may have been involved in serious crimes like terrorism, or
• If they tell us that they are about to commit a serious crime.

We will try to talk to a young person first before we share any information about them, but this may not always be possible.
